Terms and Conditions
1. Termination
Either party may terminate the storage/service agreement by giving the other party a notice 14 days before. The storer must pay all amounts due the agreement up to the date of termination. The operator is entitled to retain or charge apportioned storage fees if less than the required notice is given by the storer. In the event that the agreement is terminated, the storer must remove all goods in the space before the close of business on the date of termination and leave the space in clean condition and in a good state of repair to the satisfaction of the operator. Goods left in the space at the end of the storage period are deemed abandoned and will be destroyed or disposed immediately. Storer may be charge a cleaning and/or disposal fee for this service.
1a. Default
The storer is in default and the operator may terminate the storage/service agreement if any storage fees or any other moneys owing under this agreement are in arrears and unpaid for a period of 30 days. In this event, the operator may forfeit the deposit and/or is authorized to without further notice, enter the by force or otherwise, seize and then sell and/or dispose of any goods in the space. The storer acknowledges and agrees that the operator is entitled to sell the goods on such terms that the operator may determine in its absolute discretion, regardless of the nature of value of the goods.
The storer is in default and the operator may terminate this agreement without notice in the event of any substantial breach of contract including any illegal or environmentally harmful activities by the storer.
2. Refund Policy
For Promotions, a refund will be given if the rental period is shorter than the agreed period. In this case, the rental will be based on the monthly rent.
3. Insurance
Pattaya Self Storage do not have insurance for other people or companies. If a person or company want insurance, Pattaya Self Storage can recommend a broker
